How Tuks Mobile protects your RICA information

Your documents matter #

RICA documents include sensitive identity and address information, so they should be treated with serious care.

What protection looks like #

• Documents are captured for compliance, not for marketing.
• Access should be limited to authorised personnel.
• Information is handled and stored securely in line with privacy obligations.

What you can do too #

• Only upload documents through official Tuks Mobile channels.
• Do not send your ID or proof of residence to random numbers or social accounts.
• Keep your own copies safe and private.

If anyone asks for your RICA documents in a way that feels strange, pause and verify first. Caution is cool.
