How to activate your physical SIM

Before you start #

Make sure you have your Tuks Mobile SIM, your ID document, and proof of residence ready. A physical SIM cannot be activated until your RICA is approved.

How to activate #

1. Insert the SIM into your phone.
2. Open the Tuks Mobile app or online portal.
3. Select Activate SIM or the closest matching option.
4. Complete the RICA steps.
5. Wait for confirmation that your line is active.
6. Restart your phone once activation is complete.

If activation seems slow #

• Check that your ID photo is clear and not cropped.
• Make sure your proof of residence is recent and readable.
• Confirm that the SIM is seated correctly in your device.
• Try restarting the phone again after approval.

If you are still stuck, use support in the app or dial 135 from your Tuks Mobile line when available.
