What you need #

To complete RICA online, you will need:

• One valid proof of identity.
• One valid proof of residence that is not older than 3 months.
• A phone camera for document photos and your live selfie.

Steps #

1. Open the Tuks Mobile app or online portal.
2. Select Complete RICA.
3. Upload your proof of identity.
4. Upload your proof of residence.
5. Take the requested live selfie.
6. Review your details and submit.

How to speed up approval #

• Take photos in bright light.
• Place documents on a flat surface.
• Do not crop corners or cover text with fingers.
• Use the same personal details across all documents where possible.

Most online RICA journeys are quick when the documents are clean and readable. Fuzzy photos are the real villain here.
