2. Open the Tuks Mobile app, portal, or supported USSD flow.
3. Choose Redeem voucher.
4. Enter the code exactly as shown.
5. Submit and wait for confirmation.

If the voucher does not work #

• Check for typing mistakes.
• Make sure the voucher has not already been used.
• Confirm that the voucher type is valid for your line.
• Keep your proof of purchase if you need help from support.
