How to reset your password or regain access

Locked out? It happens. #

If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option in the app or portal and follow the prompts.

Typical reset flow #

1. Open the sign-in screen.
2. Tap Forgot Password.
3. Enter your registered mobile number or email.
4. Use the verification code sent to you.
5. Create a new password.

If you still cannot get in #

• Check whether you are using the correct mobile number or email.
• Wait a few minutes and request a fresh code.
• Make sure your signal is stable if you are waiting for an SMS.
• Contact support if the account appears blocked.

Choose a password you will remember, but not one your friends, partner, or that one suspiciously curious lab partner can guess.
