How to send a “Please call me”

If your Tuks Mobile journey includes this feature, you can send a quick Please call me request from the app or the supported quick-actions flow.

Typical steps #

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Quick Actions or a similar section.
3. Choose Please call me.
4. Enter the recipient’s number.
5. Send the request.

Tips #

• Double-check the number before sending.
• Use it when you genuinely need a callback.
• If the feature is not visible, make sure your app is updated.
